Bob Daniel is the owner of PrideStaff, Las Vegas, a national staffing company that provides direct, temporary and temporary to hire resources to businesses in Clark County. Prior to this, Bob held a number of executive and management positions with FujiUSA, Western Electronics, MicronPC and IBM.
Signal accomplishments include development and implementation of the retail partnership program which led to a $1B revenue year for the IBM Consumer Division; 2nd Tier distribution Program which reduced the number “smaller” partners; Bob was one of 13 individuals chosen to be a Staff Instructor at IBM’s prestigious Management Development Center. While with MicronPC, Bob developed the business model that enabled the company to implement a build to order Personal Computer concept with Best Buy and other retailers. Working with the development organization Bob convinced Senior Management of the need to differentiate its products based on channels of Distribution.
Throughout his career, Bob has always innovated, found the “win-win”, increased profitability, managed for success and found time to be involved in his community from Chairman of the Recreation Commission to Coaching Basketball and Soccer to founding a High School Booster club. He is actively involved with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, 100 Black Men Of Las Vegas, Las Vegas Minority Supplier Development Council as well as the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association. Bob is a United States Air Force and Vietnam Veteran. He and his wife Minnie reside in Las Vegas, NV.
