Bill is a retired Human Resources Executive, who stills provide HR consulting on a part-time basis, in the areas of Executive Coaching, Employee Relations, HR Management, Succession Planning & Talent Management to both businesses and individuals. Prior to this Bill has held Executive level positions with Xerox, Bausch & Lomb, Rochester Gas & Electric and KLAS-TV.

Signal accomplishment include reducing B&L worker’s Compensation and Disability expense by over $1million a year with the introduction of a Return to Work process. Developing Succession Planning processes at Rochester Gas & Electric, KLAS-TV, and some non-profit organizations here in Nevada.

In addition Bill currently serves as: Board Chairman of The Rape Crisis Center, Variety Early Learning Center, Committee Education Chairman of the 100 Black Men of Las Vegas, Committee Chairman for the Finance & committee of Trustees at Benedict College Board of Trustees. Bill and his wife Kim reside in Las Vegas.
